Cancellation Policy
ColoredbyJ values every clients time as well as the time reserved for each client. To provide quality service and accommodate all clients, the following no show policy typically applies:
No show: failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no show fee which is up to 50% of the scheduled service.
ColoredbyJ understands that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Upon request and at the sole discretion of ColoredbyJ, a waiver of the no show fee may be granted.
If a card is not on file, you will receive an invoice of the no show fee, which will need to be paid in order to book again with ColoredbyJ.
